the check-in process was slow. there was only one staff member at a single table, so it took a long time with many people waiting. there was a lack of privacy when giving personal details. the room lighting was difficult to manage as well.

i found the proximity to perrache station convenient for my travel plans. the staff demonstrated friendliness and were helpful with directions. the room had a good vibe and it was clean, the separate area with bunkbeds suited our group well. dinner with live jazz music in the attached restaurant was fun.

The room downstairs was not the family room I expected. It reminded me of a makeshift room for people with disabilities, with wood boarding instead of a proper bed rest. The front door was next to the service room, so doors slammed every 3 minutes by noisy staff after 7:30 am. The noise and location made it less enjoyable than I had hoped, though it seemed clean.

The staff were helpful, providing useful information. refillable water was available. i also found the proximity to perrache station a great advantage. It was only a two-minute walk. the bathroom had a good size. All amenities were available.
The view wasn't great. It faced the hotel's machinery.

the location was quite convenient.
the room was not what i expected. it felt more like a makeshift space for people with disabilities, there was wood boarding instead of a proper bed frame. the front door was right next to the service room and noisy staff kept slamming doors every few minutes starting at 7:30 am.
